Return Policy
Bambū Werx offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Self-Serve Return Process
- Log in to your Bambū Werx account on our website.
- Navigate to your Orders section.
- Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the "Request Return" button next to the eligible item(s).
- Select the reason for your return from the provided options.
- Submit your return request.
Once submitted, we'll review your request within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your return request.
Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
- You'll receive an email with return shipping instructions.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Attach the provided shipping label to your package.
- Drop off the package at the specified carrier location.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We'll notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
European Union Customers
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The same condition requirements apply as stated in the Eligibility section.
