We ship Monday through Friday from 7:00-5:00 US Mountain time. Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your products and your location.

bambū werx offers free standard ground shipping* on orders over $50 USD.

Please understand, bambū werx is not responsible for shipping partner delays, as we have no control over their operations once your order leaves our warehouse. If your order is urgent, we do not recommend standard USPS shipping.

For non-US destinations, we highly recommend either UPS or DHL shipping for international orders.

bambū werx offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any product you’ve purchased from us, simply return it within 10 days of receipt and in original condition for a refund on your purchase price (minus shipping).**

bambū werx does not pay for return shipping.

If one of our products arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
