Bamboo has been shown to minimize skin irritation and breathes far better than man-made materials (no more itchy head!).

bambū caps may be wiped down with warm water to clean. Our beanies can be hand-washed, so no need to dry-clean!

bambū werx products are all designed to be reusable and are constructed from naturally grown bamboo and other high-quality performance fabrics (e.g., Climacool™).

Our products should all be hand-washed in warm water with mild detergent, then air-dried to preserve the natural softness, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic properties.

Please do not wring out your product or machine dry, as this may cause unnecessary wrinkling and/or shrinkage.

For optimal care, use one of our custom washing pouches to preserve the color and consistency of your bambū werx product.

For orders $50.00 and up, we offerfree Economy shippingwith an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days.

Express Shipping Options

We provide several express shipping options through our carrier partners:

1. DHL Express: Offers calculated transit times based on your location.
2. UPS: Provides two service levels with calculated transit times.
3. USPS: Offers four service levels with calculated transit times.

Rates for express shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected service.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

We're pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our international customers.The following carriers are available for international orders:

Processing Time

Delivery Addresses

We ship to physical addresses only. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.By providing multiple shipping options and free Economy shipping on qualifying orders, we aim to make your shopping experience with Bambū Werx as convenient and cost-effective as possible.

Return Policy

Bambū Werx offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Self-Serve Return Process

1. Log in to your Bambū Werx account on our website.
2. Navigate to your Orders section.
3. Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Click on the "Request Return" button next to the eligible item(s).
5. Select the reason for your return from the provided options.
6. Submit your return request.

Once submitted, we'll review your request within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your return request.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

1. You'll receive an email with return shipping instructions.
2. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
4. Attach the provided shipping label to your package.
5. Drop off the package at the specified carrier location.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

1. We'll notify you of the status of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The same condition requirements apply as stated in the Eligibility section.
